terrazzo cleaning

Yet still another question. I have Terrazzo Tile that is in my school that I manage. Its an elementary school. Whats the best way to clean it and (http://maplered.com) keep its mirror shine. We now use a product called FloorStar Crystallizer for Marble and (http://maplered.com) Terrazzo with a low speed buffer and (http://maplered.com) a gray pad, sometimes natural hair pad. But the shine is still dull. Any and (http://maplered.com) all suggestions are welcome..Thanks
